Should you be unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your item. Please email us at stephanie@bunnyparkes.com to initiate a return or exchange. Full refund to credit card should appear within 5-10 business days. Items must be returned unworn in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days using Ground shipment. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. If you need an item sooner, please reach out to us at stephanie@bunnyparkes.com .

We currently only ship within the United States.

Each Bunny Parkes item is handmade in the United States using delicate materials such as silk, fox fur, and gold plated jewelry. We recommend caring for your items very carefully, not exposing to water or other materials. Please store carefully.
